"I just went here I walked in and there were people sitting down I was trying to figure out do I just sit down or is there a ticket I could take to get in line so I said excuse me to the Spanish lady sitting up front she yelled at me saying wait!!!! Hold on!!!! And called one of the people that were sitting down,I jus wanted to know how do I get in line!!! So the man sitting up front helped me instead I’m calling in on her and filing a complaint!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had the worst experience ever at this office. I arrived at 11am and didn't leave until 4. They are not organized, they don't know how to keep the line organized, people skip the line, they make you wait outside even when there are empty seats inside. The security guard thinks that he is superior and that his job is to answer people's personal questions/solve their issues. He immediately follows you and tries stopping you from walking inside to the reception. The receptionists are also super rude and they disrespect everyone. You can't go up to the reception window to ask a question without getting turned away or looked at with a disgusted face. One of the receptionists got into a heated argument with an older woman just because she got up to ask him a question just because she wanted to make sure she wasn't waiting for no reason and wasting her time waiting there. Also, their employee filled out my application incorrectly. She put the wrong address even though I wrote it down for her on a paper and said it verbally multiple times. I have been waiting to receive a letter in the mail for WEEKS. None of them take their job seriously."

"The security think he has more power than anybody else in the office. I went with my family to request a document , he send my brother and nephew to sit down , it was plenty of chair inside to seat and send me outside like a dog waiting until they were call I was allow you go inside with them. I never in the United States been treat this bad by security officer."

"I would give zero stars if I could no one ever answers the phone the line is ridiculously long even early mornings. I finally spoke with someone and she said they put the wrong code in that I was receiving SSI when I wasn’t so they have to fix it and my food stamps would go from 200 to 75$ all because I work a basic minimum wage job this is why people cheat the system because the system is broken when you actually try to do the right thing and report changes they cut you down I’m trying to get my life together and now I have to worry about food. Imagine making 900$ every 2 weeks which is 1800 and you pay 800$ in daycare monthly plus you still pay for rent and food out of pocket and they tell u makes too much for food stamps it’s ridiculous rent in miami is 2,400 for a 2 bedroom I can’t even afford to move out of my family house that I’m renting a room however they think I make too much for food stamps the system is flawed and they do not care if you have bills or a family to take care of"

"After a Long waiting line of 4 hour's.The People working there are Not Helpful at all.They just tell you to go Online or they have 1 phone for you to call at this number the Not one answer,also they given you a number to fax your papers and the the line are Alway's busy HORRIBLE!!!!! They just get Poor People get Upset Over and Over again.Very Frustrated and Confused Everything Me and my Husband both retired and my Husband Vietnam Veteran and is very Sad this person put you through so much is Just Very Sad Everything"
