My nieces also went to Big start and we all have only good memories and a good experience. I recommend it 100%. "I went here as a child, my experience was horrible it was me and my 2 sisters. The amount of horrible experiences is astounding we wouldn’t be allowed to use the bathroom, we had the teachers yell and withhold food from us amongst other events. There’s no nurturing bone in this facility please don’t take your children to this day care."

"This daycare is horrible! My brother asked to use the restroom, and his teacher, who only speaks spanish told him he could only go if he asked in english. My brother started crying and the director had the audacity to call my mom and tell her she had to put him in the corner because he had pink eye! In reality it was because he was crying for hours. Would not recommend to anyone! Steer as far away as you can."

"This daycare is very attentive and very caring. The owner takes her time to really make the daycare as well as the private school a special place for children. I have witnessed first hand their work with children and it’s amazing. They are always having fun activities with kids and putting them first. I would 100/10 recommend this daycare to anyone"
