They make sincere connections with customers and go out of their way to provide individualized recommendations and service, whether it be wine or books. They are caring, generous, thoughtful, interesting, funny, and down to earth. They rotate their menu selection frequently, so there are always new wines (and beer) to try, and stock a great selection of bottles throughout the store. The general manager is a treasure and works hard to cultivate an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, and makes an unforgettable matcha latte."
