"ordered toffee nut coffee which was pretty good but my boston creme had a lot of mold on it.. surprised the workers didnt notice. i threw it away so i forgot to take a picture"

"Every time I go there is something in my order that they tell me they run out of. Also the management of this place needs to have a better organization; there is just one cashier taking orders, serving and preparing drinks and it takes a while to be attended. Employees don't care about customer service at all."

"This location has the slowest employees. I ordered a caramel ice coffee with cream sugar and cold foam and they didn’t have cold foam and my daughter tried to order a manganodo and they said they don’t make those at that location but test still has it up on the menu. They still ended up giving us the wrong coffee they gave us a French vanilla ice coffee and told us they didn’t have large straws so my daughter had to go inside and get my correct drink and they did have large straws in the dining in area. Needs faster employees and better service for sure."

"The worst Dunkin’ donut I’ve been to in my entire life the Dunkin’ Donuts in Baltimore Maryland are better than this one,The district manager for that location should has to be brain dead or have poor management skills in order to still have them employees still working in there,I do a lot of uber eats in that area and everytime I have to pick up a order for this place I get depressed.Today at 11:00 am this morning I went in there and it was very busy due to all Starbucks being closed today and the staff in there are cursing talking back rude to customers including myself loud inappropriate music playing and no donuts made I asked how long for donuts and one of the employees there said to me that they wasn’t going to any available for the rest of the day so if I wanted a donut to go somewhere else,I was so embarrassed because there must’ve been like 10 other customers in there.I’m working to earn a honest living and I get so disrespected like that in front of other customers it’s not cool or fair,I will call corporate I promise."
