Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Poor service, kind of dirty, very loud environment, and gave me a cold UNtoasted bagel smeared with lukewarm butter. Not the toasted bagel I'd asked for. Worst Einstein bagel experience. Wish I had read the other reviews before coming here because it looks to be an ongoing problem, but I doubt they'll try to improve because they have a captive "audience." This was at the Business Admin II building location."

"The food is really good, and the service is quick. The workers have always been polite and nice even if the order wasn't made correctly. They would correct their mistake quickly and would remain polite without hesitation. Very consistent quality in service and food."

"Sorry to leave a bad review, but my food and drink just didn't taste that great. My sandwich wasn't the most promising and my coffee has WAYYY too much syrup in it and didn't taste very good. Probably won't be coming back here. The quality of both my food and coffee was subpar."

"terrible just save yourself the time and money. The staff is slow and constantly makes mistakes and gives you the incorrect order and makes up names for the orders. I’ve tried ordering a simple pizza bagel like 3 times and they give me what ever they want. Also the line here is always long."
