"I went through the drive-through and got a coffee with my roommate, and when we took a sip of it after we left, the coffee tasted like straight cleaner. We called and were told that they dont use cleaner in their brewer, so theres no way it could have cleaner in it. The lady on the phone was really rude. Kinda concerning that apparently they dont clean the brewer, and it still doesn't explain why my coffee tasted strongly of cleaner."
