"All the Dunkin’s on Semoran are terrible but this Dunkin is THE WORST. Since I moved here it’s been through 3 managers. Luz was THE BEST but after her trash. The STUPIDvisor Deziree is the MOST MISERABLE customer service worker I’ve ever met. She looks and treats us like her life stinks. She looks angry at all times and serves with an attitude that’s out of this world. MOST of the employees are incompetent and useless. I have given this place MANY opportunities. Deziree should NOT be employed here and if she stays she should be overnight where she doesn’t encounter anyone. Get RID of Deziree asap. She needs to work overnight stocking somewhere so no one deals with her MISERABLE self. If any of her relatives read this please give her a hug and love on her. She needs it. Andres has potential but he needs a little more help with accuracy and efficiency. The ONLY efficient worker there is the caramel/darker skinned gentleman who mainly works nights. The sweetest worker is the newer light skinned Spanish gentleman who works days. Please re-train these people and get rid of the miserable ones."

"Specifically asked for decaf was given a caffeinated drink. I don’t survive on caffeine like majority Americans, so not used to it. Heart was racing, beating out of my chest, felt like I was dying. I haven’t slept in the past 42 hours. Circadian rhythm messed me up. I can’t be too upset although because they also messed up my order again by giving me a free donut. Waited about 7 minutes for her to open drive-thru window. I’m looking at the positive tho."

"On the way to the airport, this dunkin' Donuts was open, and the crew working worked fast and were cool. They got my order right, and we're working with great attitudes. Great location. Keep up the good work. The kiosk slowed me down since I couldn't find the scanner, but one of the employees showed me how to use it. Thank you, dunkin"

"Very good service, good food had the chicken croissant but I felted that they left the sauce out, the frozen hazelnut coffee was super good and not to sweet. The hash browns were not to crispy overall this is a good DK!"
