"Atmosphere is fantastic and decor is lovely, however by 10am they told us that they had run out of all dairy so we had to settle for oat milk. Taste was underwhelming and the wait from ordering to receiving the coffee was about 20 minutes"

"Ellie at the Foxtail on University made my day! She was immensely kind, personable, professional, and helpful! After telling her I had had a long day, she not only gave fun and helpful suggestions on my order but treated me to my beverage! She is an incredible asset to this location and I hope they value her well! My drink was also delicious! I ordered an iced matcha latte with lavender bitters and Ellie added some vanilla as well to make it even more special. It was so good and the perfect pick-me-up! She even tested it herself in a small cup to make sure that the flavors were all going to pair well together. The atmosphere is great as well! Previously, this location was a frigid tundra which made it difficult to sit, relax, and enjoy but I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case today. The temperature was more comfortable. The leather seats were slightly too deeply set to chat with someone but I’m sure they are great for reading in. I did visit while UCF was out of session which may have contributed to the availability of tables. The playlist was great and the environment had a noise balance that allowed some to focus on work and some to chat amongst friends. This location seems to have improved greatly and I'm happy for them!"

"Today was my first time here. Been wanting to check it out for a while. The cashier today wasn’t very sociable. I told her it was my first time here and I wasn’t sure if what I wanted and tried to explain what I was interested in but she just starred at me. ( she was wearing all black with no name tag) So I ordered a regular medium coffee. My husband & I sat down. I put my cream & sugar in my coffee but it didn’t taste very good. So my husband & I was discussing what I wanted and we figured it out. I went back to the counter and Daniel took my new order. He was very kind and very helpful in what I wanted. He asked me about flavors and if I wanted it sweet or what kind of milk and so on. My cappuccino was amazing! Daniel was pretty awesome! He’s the reason I gave 4 stars because I almost put 2 stars. I will be back only because of how awesome Daniel was. Everything was very clean and neat. Prices aren’t bad either. I also ordered a chocolate croissant warm but it really wasn’t but that’s ok because it was still good."
