Dunkin'

"This place sucks. I know dunkin is not going to be amazing Michelin star food but this is literally the worst dunkin I have ever been too. I come here for an everything bagel when I'm craving it on the way to work. I know from experience at any dunkin that you have to ask for extra cream to even get a decent amount, so that's what I do. My bagel is always burnt or barely toasted when I get it but at least there is enough cream cheese, now I wouldn't call it extra cream cheese, but, enough. Today was my breaking point. I asked for my usual toasted everything bagel with EXTRA cream cheese and I swear to God when I opened it I almost screamed. It was mostly bread and maybe some cream cheese in the corner (see photo for reference). I was also feeling fancy and got some munchkins for nostalgia purposes. These poor small donut were so dry and gross I almost choked on the first one I tried. DONT GO HERE TRY THE DUNKING UP THE STREET INSTEAD"

"Ordered donuts and iced coffee. Donuts were grate, But the coffee was horrible it did not even taste like coffee it’s tasted like water, We told the workers it tasted like water, gave it back and apparently “Remade it” once they gave the “new” one it taste exactly the same, like water. We did not complain for the second one to not cause trouble."

"Let's start to say that Troy and Omar have such a graceful customer service skills. My wife, four daughters and myself had a nice experience here. They talked to us about the ice cream flavors, gave us suggestions, and helped us decide which ice to try. I will definitely come back to this location."

"Got a frozen Carmel coffee came back white as can be. No sign of any coffee. They also didn’t put any wipped cream & the cup already looked slightly empty. Super unhappy."

"Sadly they get a free star since 0 stars isn't an option. I don't know why I continue to give them a chance, and time and time again they disappoint. It doesn't matter if it's online, drive thru, or inside, service is horrendous! Worst location I've been to for sure! I'm officially done, and learned my lesson. Save your time, and money, go elsewhere. Trust me, you'll thank me later!"
