"Love this location, especially the employee Hannah! Every time I visit, Hannah does a great job at providing exceptional customer service. Not to mention, the chia banana boost smoothie and the three cheese chicken quesadilla are my favorite. :)"

"I order 2 of the new acai bowl which comes with strawberries, blueberries, and banana, instead i substituted it with mango, pineapples and bananas. Everything was great except the fact that they served hard mangos that tasted like it was stored in seaweed paper, the pineapples was so bad that you can taste how acidic it was (basically fermented pineapples). When I called the store to inform them about it, the young lady said, the expiration date on the fruits shows that they are still good, so I said have you actually tasted them, she said no and that there was no other complaints about it. She said that there is nothing that she can do about it but she will have the manager give me a call. 48hrs later...still waiting on that call from the manager. If a new launch product does not have the quality and freshness, at least call the customer back regarding the concerns. I rather goes to a place that takes freshness in the food seriously and takes their customer concerns into consideration. All in all, I threw out the topped fruits on both bowls and had to put fruits that I had at home....sad."

"The best Tropical Smoothie ever. The store is always clean and the staff is wonderful! Tara always knows how to make my order just right with the right amount of sauce. My smoothies are always made perfectly too! Can't beat this experience. One of my favorite lunch spots."

"I was disappointed to see how much ice was added to my smoothie which had the overall effect of diluting the flavor of the smoothie and when my cup was filled there was a substantial amount that was left over and poured down the sink. I think if the smoothies were made a Little Closer to the amount needed to fill the cup then it wouldn't have been so diluted with ice. If you're going to over make the Smoothie then consider offering the customer the amount you made over the amount. Someone has to recognize that adding more ice just makes a less flavored smoothie."

"I like Tropical Smoothie because it is a good healthy meal and the food we get is pretty consistent from store to store. I was around the area and this one did not disappoint. I ordered via the app and picked up at the store not that long after placing the order. The food was made to order, fresh, sandwich (bacon turkey ranch) had good meat portions and fresh soft bread and tasty. The island detox smoothie was tasty and fresh, a bit runny but just like I expected. If I am around the area, this will definitely be one of my go to's."
