"Worst service worst hours, they use to have nice employees now their staff sucks and they’re rude. I pulled up to the front the door was locked on a Saturday night 7:30 to be exact then went to drive thru and the lady said they were closed, I said how? If your hours are till 8. She didn’t explain no nothing and looked at me like crazy no consideration for customers. If this is the case y’all need to close down permanently and make Starbucks there cause clearly the Dunkin staff are miserable each time I go."

"Today is the 5th time I had to leave and drive to either Starbucks or the other Dunkin’s 10 minutes away. This location needs to train their employees better , they either don’t know how to make your order , don’t have it , or take 20 minutes to answer you on the drive thru. Take notes from the nearby Orange Ave location. This is the most convenient location for me so I try to keep giving it a try only to be disappointed each and every time."

"Exceptional customer service. I went to multiple Dunkin Donuts locations looking for a specific donut and finally found the chocolate cream filled at this location. The employees were helpful to suggest other favorites. The donuts were extremely fresh and well made. Amazing food and fun atmosphere."
