"I got coffee pretty much twice a day during our stay at portofino. The staff was always working hard and quickly on orders, even when it was busy they got through orders quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face. You can use a Starbucks giftcard but can not redeem points at this location."
"Very crowded. The wait time is usually 30 minutes. Baristas are nice and hardworking. Starbucks should hire more staff for this location. Guests should not wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. At least they should enable mobile/app ordering system."
"I'm going to assume that the negative reviewers have never been to a Starbucks before or expected something different. The staff here were super friendly, especially when having to deal with the monstrous line extending out the door and into the piazza throughout the day. The winner for me though is the speed and accuracy at which our order was delivered. I don't think I get that at other, standard Starbucks I see across the country. These folks deserve far more credit than they're getting for an above average Starbucks experience."
