"Very disappointed in the pumpkin spice latte. I asked to use little to no cream please and they made it again with more milk. I asked to put it in myself. It is still white like milk. The customer service was terrible. It was as if I was bothering them. I spent $5 on a drink and I wanted to enjoy it. Very disappointed!"

"I am beyond infuriated this morning. We get Dunkin every Sunday morning. This is the first time I have done mobile ordering and they will be lucky if I even go back. My order was wrong and missing items. I noticed the one item was missing and I chalked it up to a loss. I got home and I did not have the correct donuts in my order. The store is disorganized. Nothing was put together. It was spread out. I tried to call the store and the phone was picked up and hung up three or four times before I gave up."
