"today i went to this location and got a very rude attitude by the drive through employee. if they are going to ask for a tip in the drive thru i expect to not have gotten attitude. i was in the far side of the vehicle and i was shouting my order because i wasn’t going to whisper? and the employee says and i quote “ma’am i appreciate your enthusiasm… but you do not need to yell” absolutely RUDE. like seriously?!?!?! i as a loyal starbucks customer will not accept that kind of disrespect."

"Order two peppermint mocha’s from this location along with some food. I got to my destination (naval station Mayport) and when I handed my husband his coffee he told me it felt light. We checked our coffees and were pretty upset. These drinks are almost 6$ a pop for the grande. His cup didn’t even look like it would fill a tall. Nothing was drank out of theses coffees this is how we received them. I would have said something if I had noticed at the time they were given & it’s too far of a drive to go back."

Unlike most Starbucks, this spot features a drive-thru, lacks indoor seating, but makes up for it with ample outdoor seating and a convenient walk-up window for ordering coffee and food. What stood out to me the most was the walk-up window; it's a unique touch that I haven't encountered at other Starbucks locations. It's perfect for those who prefer a more casual experience or are just passing by on foot. As for the coffee, it was the familiar Starbucks quality I've come to expect - consistently delicious with no complaints. If I find myself in the area again, I would definitely make a return visit to this Starbucks. The combination of convenience, outdoor seating, and that cool walk-up window makes it a standout choice for coffee lovers on the go."

"You cannot walk up and order something here. You have to use their app even though you are literally standing at the window and there's a person there who could ask you what you want and take your money and magical things like that. Not a welcoming place and kind of not in keeping with the beaches feel."

"Great place to get a little vitamin D while you work, but be forewarned, it's all outside! If you're traveling from out of town and looking to escape the heat, not the best spot. Lots of seating and great air circulation. Located right next to a bunch of other food places and activities with easy access to the beach."
