"Every time i order I get the wrong drink. If you dont have Oat milk just say so. It’s not so hard. This was the last straw when the lid never snapped shut and exploded all over my car and phone. Now I need to get a new phone because now it’s not working properly. Sure is an expensive coffee. Not worth the hassle"

"Very clean, the mature woman working was so kind, polite, thoughtful. She welcomed me on arrival, no rush for me to pick which box of tea bags I was deciding on, was like visiting an old friend. Latte was perfect. Smelled so good in the store and the donuts looked like art. Even the restrooms were immaculate and freshly attended to. Hidden jem!! Started my day off with a smile ."

"worst customer service ever, they give me the wrong order. From the beginning the welcoming service was horrible the employee; she was completely rude; took the wrong order. I requested a refunds, she still give me an attitude, the supervisor has to assist me and literally gave the wrong refund; so i have to let her know about the wrong refund to be corrected and she has no idea how to operate the POS so i still have it without correction on the transaction. So i hope so corporate level assist me with this situation!!!"

"This Dunkin doughnut location has been ran down, and the new owners are not helping they have no idea how to run a store or treat their employees with respect, seems like the management really went down will never do service here or any of the beach location. Thanks to the new owner ship."

"My sister went to this location today to get the birthday drink and instead of telling her oh you may need the app of you don’t have the lil blonde girl working there was very rude to her and told her Dunkin does do that…. Yes tf y’all do I worked at Dunkin in Atlantic beach and know like 3 people who previously worked at this location. Like we are giving y’all our hard earned money why be rude? Even last time I went my bf and I had problems people not paying attention. Messed up our drink orders. We can see y’all in the window goofing off. I love this Dunkin or well did y’all need to do better"
