"I placed an order at this Starbucks at 4:36pm on Saturday 9/23/2023. I asked for a DECAF psl for my wife who cannot have caffeine for medical reasons. And here we are at 5am the next morning because that psl was made with caffeine. I shouldn’t have to say to the barista taking my order that “I can’t have caffeine for medical reasons” but I guess I should because the barista working on auto-pilot made that psl with caffeine and needs to do a better job at reading the orders. Won’t be back (obviously)"
