Starbucks

"I searched online for hours at River City Starbucks in Jacksonville Florida and it said it was open until 8pm. I stood by the door at 6:25pm and noticed employees putting up the bakery on display shelves, and looking at me but would never come to the door. Finally one guy with glasses showed me the hours on a window away from the front door. They close at 6:30pm and not at 8pm stated online. Not happy with this"

"Really wanted Starbies today. There is only one location close by in River City and although I’m not a fan I still keep giving them a chance. Today was the day I decided no more. Not sure who the manager is at this location but there needs to be a discussion on the amount of time you have to wait. I pulled up to order and the gentleman said take a minute to look over the menu. A minute to him meant 15. When I kindly said hello into the speaker he said. “Please give me a minute I am overwhelmed and I can’t even right now just give me a minute” I’m sorry but you may need to take a break and give your headset to someone else. This is unprofessional at its best. Needless to say I drove off and took my money else where. Ridiculous!!!!"

"Stood in line for 8-9 minutes with no one behind me, waiting for the barista to come back and take me order. As busy as they were I understand the food service rush, just lose the general attitude. They didn't ask for my name, when I ask if it was needed and snapped at that they will call out my drinks. Saying thank you after is not customer service. And I was never given a recipe."

"Got my hot drink after 11 minutes and my croissants after 30 minutes from the time I paid. They were pretty busy but the employees were spending more time chatting about non-work related than focusing on hustling. Surely it doesn't take that long to heat up a croissant. Corporate needs to zoom in and educate their employees to put themselves in their customer's shoes waiting. Fairly disappointed. The Starbucks by my house isn't this bad. They pay attention to waiting customers."

"Ordered an espresso frappe and it was plain nasty! Told the curly haired barista that it didn't taste right! She asked if I would like her to remake the drink and I said yes! She basically dumped the same coffee back in a blender and pumped some syrup in there and gave me back the drink. It tasted even worse so I dumped it in a bin on my way home! For an $8 drink I expect a quality drink and better service! Do better Starbucks!"
