"The visit was terrible. Staff rude - didn't say hello, have a good day, thank you, nothing. They didn't even bother to take out ear buds. Just sad, especially when they have a sign saying never leave unhappy. We will probably not visit this location again. Never ask for much but some kindness is always appreciated. Even a smile."
"How can I make the employees understand in simple English that I want one pump of caramel and one pump of mocha? Is it too hard. This is not the first time they have messed my coffee. They have messed my 3 coffees. How many times ARE you guys gonna mess my coffee? Is there any manager works there? Please don’t go to this place."
"I love love love this Dunkin’ Donuts. The ladies here are great at what they do. I never have a complaint on my coffee. It’s always perfect/fresh. The manager here deserves a big kudos because most Dunkin’s here in Jacksonville usually have coffee that taste old/leaves a bad after taste. I stop in most mornings and even with a long line of cars the drive thru moves so quickly. Even when I stop on my lunch break or on my way home in the afternoon the coffee never disappoints. Thank you for each of the employees who work together greatly! The cookie butter cold foam is also great! The loaded hash browns were a little disappointing however."
"I ordered online, which was pretty simple. The order was for a cold brew coffee, 6 piece hash browns, and a chicken bacon sandwich. The food was good and the wait time was ten minutes. The representative who answered the entercom and took the money was unpleasant. There was not a greeting nor a tone of gratitude during my visit. Based on the service that was given, I will not recommend or visit anytime soon."
