"Terrible experience here. Sent my bf for a coffee and he was shamed for asking for more than 2 sugars in a venti coffee, AND they HANDED him the wrong coffee (someone else's coffee) and then gave him attitude when he called it to their attention. You can tell that these people all hate not only each other but the customers as well. Terrible experience, especially when you're already high stress because you're at the hospital. I'm here often as a cancer survivor but won't ever be getting coffee here again."
