"Typically very fast service and nice staff. However, one day the drive thru line was long and backed up. When I got to the window to pay, the girl pressed the tip screen (highest percentage) for herself… that caught me off guard :/ please don’t do that again"

"Service is decent but I'm annoyed that they just tossed my teabags into the water with the paper tags still stuck on. Now my tea has paper flakes floating and tastes funky. Yes I did tip, feels like I shouldn't have. :("

"Starbucks is always a great place for some delicious coffee or sweets. Steve was working the drive-through, and when I mentioned that it was my birthday, he started putting stickers on my coffee cup. Super sweet. Made my day."

"I always order a pink drink the biggest one they have with ice and then a tall version No ice. my name is not very common and my order is kind of weird I always get extra base no strawberry pieces, so I would imagine they recognize it. When I’m going there and picking up my orders I never have any issues and it’s cheaper going there in person instead of delivery but the last few times I’ve gotten delivery from them one of my drinks is supposed to be no ice and I keep getting ice in them and is filled to the brim with ice. I understand that’s how they make their drinks. That is why I always put no ice. It’s just pretty disappointing when you spend over $20 to get it delivered to you and it’s not how you ordered it."

"I made a stop for coffee before my busy night shift. Ordered 2 coffees, one was a venti and the other a tall. What I received was a grande coffee in a venti cup and it was literally just whip cream and the tall coffee was pretty much the same case. Just very disappointing for what I paid for."
