"This is the worst bakery I have ever been to. I ordered a cake for my boyfriends 25th birthday with the most iconic spongebob episode “do you know what’s funnier then 24, 25”. I had sent these picture of this design to the baker in charge at the time and he said he could do it. Of course I did not think otherwise because from the reviews on here shows they can do complicated designs. So why is it that when I came to pick it up today that the order didn’t even look close to what I had ordered. I would’ve understood if someone had tried to reach me at some point to say that they had lost the image I had PERSONALLY sent to the baker but I had not received any call. They put no effort into this cake, they even made the fondant of spongebob not facing the side with my boyfriends name on it. Also the cake was supposed to be chocolate with dulce de leche moose filling, but the filling was the incorrect flavor. Over all this is the worst place to go and I will never come back and I recommend people to go somewhere else. (And I placed this order 3weeks ago)"
