"I drove over 20 miles to do some purchase and the store was closed before time the cashier came out with a nasty attitude and reduce to give us service"
"Not bad but customer service can be a little faster"
"So I went to Diaz today to get some vegetable oil I got home and the oil was expired and looked like Axel Greece so I went back to the store to return it and exchange for a different one and I told Enrique about it and he told me to shut up and stop complaining and exchange it so I give him the receipt and tells me you paid for it with EBT and your complaining is not like you bought it with cash"
"I just bought a $19.99 Gallo Azul ball of cheese, took it home 3 hours away and it was old and super salty. Prices are pretty steep. They have shopping carts from Walmart, Home Depot, Winn Dixie, Publix ,Aldi... The outside is a pig sty, garbage everywhere on their parking lot. Customers just throw things on the ground, having 2 garbage cans in front. Owners should have someone picking up outside because it's all from their customers. Don't buy the ham they sell for around $23.00, it was also old and dry to the point where it shredded when I cut it. It also had a funny smell. Ended up giving it to the dogs. $45.00 WASTED!"
"The worst service ever. We were standing in line to buy a completa and all of a sudden the lady serving takes off. The other acts looks she has nothing to do with the customers. The lady that was serving took off and was buying herself something at the cash register. No sense of customer service. The supervisor when I talk to him was another person with no concept of customer service. I live block away and I won’t come back to this place. That is so sad that it so convenient and such a horrible place."
