"This school has unfortunately gone downhill. Had to pull both my children after repeatedly being hurt by other students while certain teachers and directors did nothing. Was lied to about discipline plans for children who intentionally harmed other students. Moved to another school and it’s like night and day. Only writing this to help other parents protect their children."

"Our son attended when it was Ts 7 years ago, loved it, daughter moved 2 yrs ago from other daycare we totally hated, they took such good care of her&now she is back for summer camp since she is in school now, we love this facility! Great location, gym for bad weather days, knowledgeable stuff, easy communication, awesome program and curriculum, would recommend!"

"I never write reviews but for this one I felt like I should. I have been trying to get my two boys just put on the waiting list, not even enrolled, and either they did not know what they were doing and had a really difficult time or they were just giving me the run around and not bothering. I tried for a month and a half and called every week. I spoke to multiple people who stated there was a problem with the system and they were attempting to send me an email for enrollment. I never got an email. Then the secretary told me to call the following day to follow up. Saying I definitely should have gotten the email this time. Well I didn’t…again. So when I called back the following day a new person answered and said the day prior was the secretary’s last day and they also have a new acting director. This threw me so many red flags. Why did both the director and secretary leave? Also, when I called the last time they answered as T’s daycare when all along I was thinking and have been told it was KinderCare. So where did that come from? This was such a nightmare process that I don’t feel safe sending my kids there. It seemed like a scam, they are very unorganized, or just don’t care. So upsetting. I would try to steer clear of this “daycare”"

"Very disappointed with this facility. Interesting to see reviews about a waitlist and I just pulled out my 4 yr old from there. If you can avoid daycare, please do. So much happened in such a short amount of time I don't even know where to start. But the worst part is the administration doesn't care. They haven't even contacted me yet to ask why I abruptly pulled out my son, even though they knew I had a complaint to address and even completed their survey which they kept sending several email reminders. They simply ignored me and took my son off enrolled status in the family portal. This all just further demonstrates I made the right choice in taking my son out of there. If I am being ignored Iike this, I can't imagine a 4 yr old that's still learning to communicate. Just an extra note, I was always on time with my payments. I can only assume some form of discrimination and admission of guilt when they won't even acknowledge you."

"We love the staff at Ts! The 2s teachers, Ms Tracy and Mrs Laurette we’re great with our son. We had a rough experience with a previous daycare and Ms Kari and her team welcomed my 2 year old with open arms. They are always on top of communication and so sweet."
