"2/18/24 Wow! We all know Dunkin coffee is the BEST! However, the service at this location is outstanding! Tony, at the counter was very pleasant, offered options and was very efficient. While waiting for my order, I observed the other 2 team members and they too were very pleasant and worked in tandem."

"I was so impressed on how this team managed the surge of donut orders with the sprinkles. I couldn’t see her name this morning, but when she was managing the orders for dozens of donuts she quickly pivoted and asked her coworker to cash out the guests as she filled the orders. Her quick thinking saved me and my granddaughter time as she wanted a treat for school. The team worked cohesively, no one seemed frustrated. This team kept filling the orders. I was at the location around 8:40 am on February 14th. I hope Dunkin reads this review and rewards their awesome team serving their guests!!!"

"This place is the absolute worst. The employees cannot fulfill a DoorDash order to save their life. How can you consistently on a regular basis not put a straw in a bag when someone orders a coffee it is the most simplest thing."

"Just walked out of this location waiting to get help. Didn’t end up ordering anything as the employees were arguing among themselves about work schedules. Felt bad for the patron’s sitting down, trying to enjoy their coffee while the employees were arguing."

"The drive thru is painfully slow. The inside lobby is always dirty. The donuts are never fresh and always sticky. They look like they have been sitting out overnight. This is the last time I am coming to this location. Waste of time and money."
