"I ain’t the one to complain especially around these rich folk parts where everyone cries about nothing but this is def the slowest Dunkin I been to. Took 25 min for a bagel and a coffee. When I asked the manager to cancel, she asked If I could come back later for my order so she didn’t have to do a refund. Lol If the manager don’t’ care or don’t show no sign of urgency, why would your staff care? There are a couple other Dunkin’s up the road, GO THERE! Peace"

"If you are burnt out from the Star, there is a hidden gem in Weston. Dunkin’ Donuts. Weston Circle. Sandwiches. Great coffee. Perfect donuts. And a store manager, Laura, who makes it perfect as perfect can be. I hesitate to brag about the place because that will make it busier, I know. But with Laura’s great service and eagerness to help solve any situation, I’m sure this location will thrive. My family is certainly glad they are there and this close. While the Star costs Bucks, Dunkin’ Donuts shines brightly. Thank you, Laura, for a great experience—everytime. ☕️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This is the worst place I have ever been in the entire United States of America. My latte was warm and stale, and when I asked to remake it, they made me an ice latte. I wanted to have a hot latte. Anyways, i asked for bacon egg and cheese sandwich, the forgot the bacon and the egg was ice cold. Well I thought well the donuts, should be good, and there stale. When I told J to get me a refund, he refused. I asked him over and over and over and still refused to give me my money. Never coming back to Dunkin ever again. I will drive 45 minutes to Krispy Kreme."

"I come to Dunkin’ Donuts minimum 3 times a week. Last night I was there at 8:55pm and another customer attempting to come in at the same time. The employee older woman jumped in front of the door and said we are closed! The gentleman said your sign says open and I said it’s not 9pm yet..::She said we are told by management we have to closed before 9pm to clean the machines. To be fair the week before a nice young fellow was open and I ran in 2 mins to 9pm and as I apologized and ask if he was okay making one drink he responded absolutely it’s not 9pm so you are good….He is always courteous and kind afternoon or night. He actually should give a training to the rude woman from last night 10-28-23. We work in the plaza and this is a convenience having a Dunkin’ Donuts 2 mins away but I am not planning to go back out of principle. I also saw her laughing with the other employee and I decided to take a picture. Work on your customer service lady! Sorry for the other nice employees there that try to do a good job then you have someone like the woman last night that ruins it for the store and other good employees."
