Very fast service no matter how complicated the order may be!!! Order is correct all the time!! Management takes pride in store and employees!!! My coffee is delicious every time!!! "I came here a couple days ago and I couldn’t believe the horrible service I received. One lady that was working the counter was extremely disrespectful to me, making fun of my accent, she was definitely racist and had no morals whatsoever. Then I receive my food and my donuts were moldy! Almost as if she chose to give me them on purpose. I’m never coming back. You’ve lost a potentially loyal customer all due to one lady that had horrible customer service. Imagine how many other people receive this treatment from her. Her trashy attitude and rude remarks will drive customers away. I’m going to Starbucks from now on."

"Staff needs to be trained accordingly. Went in for my normal order in this new location with my kids and they messed it up. I don’t think it’s hard to heat up some food and treat people with kindness bc the staff is very unprofessional and all around rude. Starbucks is more costly but I’m taking my business across the street. Only good thing about this place is the parking."
