Reviews
"minimal care for children or the services provided to them. thumbs down all around."
"The reviews for this place no longer apply. This place is great. They have a security system to drop off your child and pick it up. They care a lot about COVID, so they have some rules about that, which Is great because it makes me feel safe about leaving my daughter. Everyone here is super nice and friendly. They all want to help you in any way possible. She loves waking up and getting ready for school. The school also has a great online app that shows you what your kid eats, the times they go to the bathroom, how long they napped, etc. everything here is great, and I am very glad to have found them."
"This was the sweetest, most caring place we could have found. I will always think fondly about our time here. Don’t pay attention to these comments. See for yourself and get engaged."
"The teachers are great! The higher ups are rude racist and i wouldn’t trust my child to be left with them. They claim to be so lost when u bring up issues to them. But i guess it’s easier to play innocent and lost then address the issues at hand. I’m glad i listened to my gut and removed my child from their care. She received such horrible treatment the week before i pulled her. My advice RESEARCH facilities before leaving you’re child there."
"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE!!! A horrible experience, I enrolled my little one for P-K in this place because it is conveniently located and because the building is very nice. A shame! because the educational level is very low. But the biggest problem they have among many others is the security of children, there is no control at all of who enters and the access door is constantly totally open,. The parking is supposed to be used only by the parents and the staff of the place but although it is signposted the prohibition people from outside use the parking to leave And pick up METRO passengers as well as persons who are authorized by the directives???. On many occasions people enter with their cars at great speed, but these things seem not to be important for the new director, who lacks leadership, it lacks much common sense. She is never or almost never there It is the last one to arrive and the first one to leave, She does not worry For the well-being of children, it seems that it is only dedicated to collect and to manage the place in such a poor values. Very sad that they (YWCM) are wasting this place. Unfortunately the new director's superiors at the YWCA do not seem to care either. Now it is very clear to me because the school has so few children in their classrooms. Truly sad that programs like these fall into such mediocre hands."
