"I haven’t encountered such a slow drive thru at any other Starbucks until this location. This is the first location they ask you to “pull up so they can bring your stuff out so the timer doesn’t go off.” That should be a red flag the strategy they are using isn’t working efficiently. They take one cars order, get them to the drive thru to pick up their order, then finally take the next persons order. Drinks are more bland also. I wish this wasn’t the most convenient Starbucks for us as I almost dread going here. For some reason, the phone number will route to the Target one across the street."

"The Forum Starbucks has a dream team!! I visit this location EVERYDAY. Day in and out they are always AMAZING!! They truly love what they do. My drinks and food items are always made PERFECTLY!!! Shout out to Caitlin, Shedwine and Ashley for ALWAYS going above and beyond to know their customers and make my Starbucks experience one-in-a-million!!!"

"Worst customer service for a starbucks. Girls have attitudes and are sassy. Not a good experience at all. They need to be retrained. And to top it off i was denied because i wanted to pay $3 of my bill in coins (they were well organized may I add. Not just a pile of pennies. I brought the wrong card. So I wanted $3 off my $17 in order for the card to go through. But the women were annoyed, laughed, and told me I couldn't do that. Weird. To be not be able to do that! But clearly that was a lie; because I went to neighbor starbucks and they didn't blink an eye. They were happy to do it, and told me that I should not apologize. (As it should) but the Forum staff shamed me"
