"I am bless you have chosen 2nd House for my daughter, teacher Idalmi and Santa wow there’s no words to describe the big of impact you have cause in my daughter’s learning she has advance and improved and growth so much as a person, Ana always very attentive and caring for our little ones the food my daughter loves it Tatiana what a beautiful soul the kids love her she is always making sure my little one is fine they are all amazing the staff is always on point the site is very clean and everything is well organized the graduation was amazing and I can honestly say this is such a great place for your little one they will learn and feel at home because this teachers are very experienced and the really genuinely care for the kids. "It took me a while to write this review as I did not want to be unfair to the center. After 14 months of quarantine, my daughter (2 YO) went back to daycare. This place was near our house, we took a tour and had the impression it was a good fit. Before even enrolling my child, I told the director of the center (Elena) that my daughter, did not speak much Spanish (barely any), mind you that we are in USA, but okay. I also mentioned she was going to need some individualized attention while she gets used to being around children again. I was told not to worry and that they were ready. My child is a sweet kid and she is very bright, during pandemic she learned a lot of different things, although in English. Well, three weeks into her enrollment, I started to notice changes on her behavior, and not the type you can overcome. I went to the daycare, spoke with the director again and was told not to worry and they would be talking to her teacher (Gertrudis) who had been very avoiding and unprofessional: to the extent that one day she went as far as disclosing “my daughter’s issues” in front of other parents. I was also promised they were doing all they could to teach her Spanish and nobody here speaks English. We were teaching her Spanish at home as well. Things went really good after that for about two weeks, my daughter was given activities including some from VPK, which she loved, because learning is “her thing”. 5 weeks into enrollment she started having this horrible tantrums where she would even hit her head with frustration and was not sleeping more than 4-5 hours at night. I would arrive to pick her up and she was constantly anxious. One day I arrived and a mother was complaining that her daughter had just mentioned that the teacher (my daughters teacher), had pulled her so hard to the point she got a scratch. Two days later my daughter had another “tantrum” at the center, got written because she had kicked the table, chair and the teacher, they do not have any recording because they cameras have not worked for years, that was the last day she went to that center. (7 weeks total) I enrolled her at the daycare she was prior pandemic, she has been there now for the same amount of time she was at 2nd house Learning Center. One week at the new daycare was all it took, for her to stop having tantrums during drop off. Three weeks to not only not cry, but to enter the center happy and singing (my child was finally back). Five week to speak Spanish as she had the knowledge there, she just needed proper challenging. 2nd house learning center was never a true second house, nor they were willing to work at all to help this kid who had gone through isolation. No respect for the children needs, no professionalism and the worst part is you can’t know for sure when something is wrong as their cameras “stopped working a few years ago and they have not replaced them” um … no, thank you. I do not recommend this place."

"I wish I could give it 10 Stars!! This place is the best in the world. From Anita, who always says good morning with a smile, to the lady in the kitchen who cooks with love and delicious for our children. My two daughters have been lucky enough to be there with Teacher Mercy, Yadelkis and now Teacher Gertrudis. The love with which they take care of our children there, is not paid with anything. I have been at different times, and they are always with a smile, always aware of the children. In VPK Teacher Idalmi and Teacher Zita, were key, for the preparation of Daniela towards Kindergarten. In spite of having moved far, I still drive every day to this center so my daughter Alessandra could attend there. I would definitely not change anything there, I will miss them horribly when my girls start their classes."

"This school is amazing! Teacher Idalmis and teacher Zita are educated and caring. The teachers challenge the kids and expose them to the world. The school encourages kids to be great in life. They do a lot of wonderful events for the kids and the educational level is outstanding. The school is beautiful, super clean, and peaceful. My happy child has been there for 2 years now, great fit."
