"I recently had a disappointing experience. Despite raising valid concerns about my child’s well-being and the handling of certain incidents to the new owner, her response was inadequate. Not only was my child’s health concern regarding digestive issues seemingly dismissed, but the decision to terminate my child’s enrollment at the center came across as abrupt and unjustified. Despite attempts to address the situation with the owner, which she did not consider, I was left disregarded and unsettled during the last days of my pregnancy."

"My overall review of this place is not good , however I would like to note that it is not the fault of the staff that take care of the children. The daycare teachers that are working with the children on the daily basis are professional, kind, loving, caring and compassionate. The daycare teachers do seem restricted by the owner due to her rules and regulations. Rules and regulations such as no outside food will be feed to the children meaning you cannot bring food for your children no matter of the dietary restrictions they may have. My son is a one year old and cannot eat the food an older child would normally eat. My son was forced to eat food he does not normally consume which caused him to get sick. We advised the day care he has a dietary restriction and needs to eat the food we provide on Thursday. By Monday the owner took it upon herself to expel my son from the daycare without any proper notification."

"Concerning Experience - Unfortunate Incident I regret to share my deeply concerning experience with this daycare. Unfortunately, my child experienced inappropriate behavior from a teacher, including physical punishment. Shockingly, the facility lacks surveillance cameras, making it difficult to monitor interactions. The owner's apparent prioritization of financial matters over the well-being of the children is disheartening. It's crucial for parents to be aware of these issues to ensure the safety and happiness of their little ones. Moreover, the use of time-outs and unnecessary yelling by the teacher is alarming. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to other families, prompting a closer look into the daycare's practices before entrusting the care of their children."

"Thank you Playcare Learning center for making my first day care experience the absolute best, as a first time parent it is a nerve wrecking experience but they made it as smooth as possible. I would like o thank all the teachers and director, but especially Ms. Damariz for being so loving and attentive to my child. I would like to add that their cleanliness and follow-up is amazing. Until we meet again!"

"My child goes to this school and we are very happy with the treatment, care and instructions that are provided. The school is under new management and the level of quality is amazing. Mrs. Susy the director is a great person and is always willing to work with you. The staff is highly qualified, caring, compassionate and strive to inculcate a love for school in children.
