Starbucks

"This morning at 7:30 am I was number 6 I’m line, they claim they only had 4 Stanley pink cups for sale. All other Starbucks locations had 38 available for purchase. That was problem number 1. #2 I sucked it up, not to make a big stink about it, ordered a sugar cookie latte, after paying they inform me they are out of sugar cookie mix, & they don’t do refunds, quickly manger of target got me my $7 coffee refunded. I was bummed out over the whole experience & situation. I feel like they held back 34 cups for themselves to purchase, or for later this week throughout the week. I feel like they should be investigated about the situation with the cups. Because all other surrounding starbuck targets released 38 but this one only 4. I would like a response to this from Starbucks themselves like the higher ups, I feel cheated. 1 star , because I try to find something positive in everything. At least I got my $7 back."

"Their coffee degrades so much. It’s getting more expensive but the quality is going down. I still tried and redeem like 50% coupon they sent in the apps once a while but still, spendings $4 after discount with that quality, it’s unworthy."

"The only problem here is the dining tables are not wiped down,and are left dirty. Another problem is they don’t follow instructions, looks like they don’t care anymore, staff need to be trained there, very rude."

"While there they decided to bleach/scrub the tile and grout; as opposed to waiting until after close at 8pm. The smell was so overwhelming you couldn’t even smell the coffee."

"Great coffee just expensive pricing. There is a great atmosphere here where you can use your computer and log into their Wi-Fi. The staff is extremely friendly and that is why I like to come to the Starbucks. In addition to that it is easy to pull in and out of this parking lot compared to the other Starbucks in my area. If it was cheaper I would give 5 Stars. The drink included with my review is a venti Blended mocha Frappuccino and it cost me $7 because of the extra added espresso shot."
