"I went in to order coffee and the associates was help someone with WiFi issues on their phone. This was ok but my issue is there were two other associates stand around in the back watching and drinking their drinks. No one in the drive thru. So instead of one of them offering to assist me they decided to let me wait and wait. So I just left."

"I don’t recommend if you are in a hurry in the morning. Poor quality of service. Slow service. No regard for your time. I went before 8am on a Tuesday morning. I went in because the drive thru line had at least 6 cars in it. There was only 1 person in front of me in the line. Yet, 20 minutes passed and 17 cars ordered and got their orders before I did. They prioritized everything else before the person that was AT THE COUNTER!-ME. It was the most ridiculous thing. I had to remind the person at the register what my order was- because she forgot what I was waiting for. Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere."
