"This was my first time ordering food from this location. I ordered for pick up but apparently I picked a day when it was packed because there appeared to be a band event going on near by (people everywhere were carrying instruments) so I was not surprised when my pick up time from my confirmation email was not accurate. Despite being slammed though, the workers were working diligently to get orders to customers in a timely fashion. The manager was even jumping in and helping where she could when there was no one waiting to order, which I absolutely LOVE. The food tasted great, I'll try ordering food again in the future at a hopefully less hectic time, keep up the great work! :)"

"Ordered one of the smoothies; literally the worst I had in my life. It was just a slushy large cup of about 90% ice and some of the ingredients. The literally straw would suck in anything because it was all ice."

"If I could give less than one star I would. Staff did not greet us as we came in, stood for about five minutes waiting was just ready to turn and walk out when she came to the counter. Attempted to order a salad…told can’t make salads don’t have the ingredients. Ordered a bowl and paid. Three minutes go by and the girl comes back to the counter and states she can’t make a bowl they are out of the ingredients. I asked for a refund, she was annoyed and had to make a phone call to figure out how to process that. She never figured it out and gave me cash out of the drawer minus the tax because she couldn’t compute that …I gave her the total and I still only got back the price of the bowl without the tax being refunded. Horrible!"

"This place used to be good several years ago but now they are continuously shifting around managers and their staff rarely comes in you place an order online and numerous times I’ve had to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes for my food. And then, when you ask for help, they give you an attitude or don’t even acknowledge you. If you want to waste your time, go to this place, otherwise go somewhere else."

"This place has plummeted downhill over the past couple weeks. I usually eat here regularly but they have started messing up my order and food consistently lately. Breakfast burritos with cold eggs and making burritos instead of quesadillas etc. Idk what is going on but with limited time on my lunch break I end up just eating whatever they make without much of a choice. Today I decided I’m no longer going anymore."
