"This a disgrace we have here in children and families, two ladies don't have any attitude to help seating there doing nothing, just I make line to check the status of my application, really don't care people like me, am elderly woman I need assistance, they told me come back tomorrow for what. We need bilingual customer services with kindness and education to help families and elderly. I hope the authorities take care of this."
"Bad service, bad attention, they should hire bilingual staff, also they don't listen to questions, and they send them to stand in line."
"The lack of consideration for people is differently missing in this location. From the 1st person you see to get a number to the person that's actually supposed to help you. If you want to be seen you have to be there before 1 to make a huge line. I got there at 1pm and I wasn't seen till 4:38pm. And the staff was saying they don't care how many people are left in the waiting room, that they are leaving at 5pm on the dot. The staff is extremely rude and lack basic common Courtesy. If there's a language barrier bring someone to help you because even though some of the women spoke Spanish they were just being beyond unprofessional and definitely not nice to the people just trying to get some help. This place is lacking structure and the staff needs to be trained on how to be nice to people even though they all seem to hate there jobs. I don't recommend this location at all. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS. HORRIBLE COMMON COURTESY!!!!"
"Terrible service. Some big, chubby 30-ish "hall monitor" who takes psych meds thinks she knows how to guide people in the back hallway. She has all the typical side effects including the whole leg shaking, and the facial grimaces that are uncontrollable. She pushes her fat body up against you to block you from exiting through the back hallway. Disgusting."
"Hi: Today 5/9/23 I was at DFC 401 NW 2nd Ave. Because I did need some help. Be there early if you can 6-7 AM because, a lot of people come here for help. Make sure you take your medications and carry some meds, and water is you are going to need some later on. There was a lot of people, find who is the last one and seat tight. Take a book, some music or whatever may help you with the waiting time. I got there today at 8:30 AM and got out very happy at 1:00 PM. Threfore, you have to go prepare for a 4-6 hours fight. You will see all kind of people: Those who really needs the help, those who should be send out to get a job, and those who in my honest opinion should be kick out of this country because, they come to the US not to give back anything to our country but, just come here to see and find a way of how to live from other people's work and sacrifyces. It is absolutely ironic for a good American like me and many others that I know, whom has paid their dues well, to see how other people make use, and abuse of our system. I am very happy with the way I was treated by the people of DCF at 401 NW 2nd Ave. Miami, FL. USA..... God Bless the USA and the DCF people at 401 NW 2nd Ave Miami Fl. USA...... Frank."
