"To whom it belongs. Yesterday I had the worst experience in this store. While doing some shopping we decided to go in with my parents to have a coffee, my mother was in a wheelchair. It being 4:50pm and waiting for our coffees, an employee who says his name is Felipe said that we had to leave since they had to close. I find this employee's service UNACCEPTABLE since Starbucks has always stood out for service. The other employee was perfect. We are people who deserve respect. I ask those in charge of this establishment to do something about it."

"Kristen hates her job and it shows. Terrible service. Waited for 15 min and got the wrong drink. She said I would have to wait even longer. Lovely. I won’t get a drink there ever again."

"Pretty bad Starbucks. Took 20 minutes to make two Americanos. I mean, you could GROW the beans faster. Tables, chairs and floor dirty. Barista with the red hair has a pretty awful attitude. If CEO Howard Schulz wants to see what’s gone wrong with Starbucks, he should start right here. Shame because it’s a great location with lots of customers."

"Please do not advertise what you are not providing at this location. They do not accept rewards at this location. So I had to pay for my drink, when I have earned enough rewards for a free one. I told the barista I had rewards, and she told me “Sorry we don’t accept rewards here.” Lol, then I saw this sign."

"My husband waited in line patiently ordered the Venti strawberry refresher no ice! These baristas didn’t even fill the cup half way! According to Tonya whom was very rude and not polite at all said, “that’s how we are suppose to make it according to Andrew who is our manager.” The shift supervisor also said the same thing! I explained to both of them this is poor customer service and all Starbucks are ran and operated under Starbucks! I have never had any issues ordering my drink and they have poor manners, impolite, rude and very obnoxious team working here! The shift supervisor mentioned they are under new management which explains a lot, because I had no issues in the past. UTC mall is a high end mall and a customer should not have issues with a $5 drink period! This is absolutely not ok and they need to be FIRED! I even told them I would have no issues bringing my business across the street to Super Target Starbucks, Tonyas reply, that’s Target. I said you have a lot to learn as it’s Starbucks and the expectation is no matter where a customer buys their beverage at a Starbucks it’s operated under the Starbucks name and not your so called managers way! In conclusion this location is being cheap and it’s not worth my time or money to spend here! Stay away!"
