"I've come to this location many times for rapid pick up as it is close to my work, and always had a great experience, the store was very busy yesterday and my order wasn't ready when it should've been, and the cashier employee (young lady with blonde hair and nose piercing) was very kind and attentive and checked on my order for me. I noticed other patrons becoming impatient and rude yet she was still very kind and accommodating to those guests. I still think the food is overpriced but the broccoli cheddar soup is to die for."

"Love this store! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Panera food is always delicious, and this store is no exception. My order is always correct, and if I have any questions the staff are happy to help. The dining room is spacious enough for a good amount of people - plenty of booths, and plenty of natural light as well. Great place to grab a bite or hang out and study/work."

"Unfortunately, production goes up but quality and attention to detail goes down as time passes. I am not one to complain about food service for I myself have worked at a handful of restaurants. I completely understand the fast paced environments and demands and standards they require of a worker. However, I was very disappointed with the sandwich I received. I understand there is such a thing a portion control however I am eating just two thick slices of bread with a hint of chicken and tiny slice of avocado. Considering I paid almost $7 for my half sandwich that had only 1 modification and a cup of soup for almost $6 I find this upsetting."

"Food was good as usual. same quality as other locations. But the carpeted areas (majority of restaurant) have an extremely pungent smell of wet socks, which was an extreme turn off from our meal. Time to call a carpet cleaner!"
