"This was an unusual visit. We placed our order online as we were viewing the menu and saw options not listed at the counter. As well as the employee working was basically just staring us down while looking at the menu when we first walked up. Very uncomfortable. I waited 2-3 minutes and it said my order was ready. Walk to the pickup area and was told he never even received my order? I showed him the email and he quickly made our Choco Flan Latte. This was actually very good coffee. But the awkward employee encounter and online ordering system made the actual visit less than ideal."
