Paciugo Gelato & Caffè is a cozy cafe and store located at 300 Beach Drive Northeast in St. Petersburg, Florida. Owned by Mark & Debbie, who are natives of St. Pete, this institution has been serving outstanding gelato and coffee since 2006. Along with their famous gelato, they also offer gelato cakes, pies, and other specialty items. Paciugo was founded in 1999 by Ugo, who brought a secret family gelato recipe from Italy to America, where it quickly became a favorite.

If you can't make it to the store, you can order delivery through Door Dash, Uber Eats, or GrubHub (within a small radius). Paciugo has received numerous awards, including being named one of the two finalists for the Best Gelato in America at the Gelato Festival Finals in 2019. They will be competing for the International Best Gelato in Italy in 2021.

Seasonal flavors are always rotating, so there's always something new to try. In February, don't miss the special flavor "Amore" with dark chocolate, rum, raspberry swirl, and chocolate-covered cherries. And don't forget about your furry friends - Paciugo offers Pup Cups made with yogurt, peanut butter, bananas, and a dog biscuit on top. "The Gelato was smooth and delicious. Some of the staff were friendlier than others. The place was busy and seemed to have a rush after we entered. I sampled a couple of flavors before making my decision. The gelato was fresh and creamy and I enjoyed it very much. I ordered mine in a chocolate dipped, sprinkled waffle cone. It was a pleasant experience."

"Absolutely delicious gelato. You are able to get four different flavors and they were all delicious. The only down side was that it was melting everywhere but that didn’t stop us from finishing our dessert. The banana cream pie, brookie blizzard, pistachio, mango passionfruit were all a hit! Great place to cool down on a hot day and satisfy your sweet tooth."
