Dunkin'

"Checked my order to see if everything is all there after repeating what I want three times so they understand what I want. Not only is it the wrong order, but the coffee was extremely horrible. Like it tasted like something had died in my coffee. I don't complain much but at least get my coffee right. Whomever is in charge here at least double/triple check the food so the customer doesn't have to come back considering almost every single person here needs an attitude adjustment. It'd be simpler to get the orders right than not have to see the customer again since all of you hate your jobs here clearly. That's my two cents, hopefully this place gets shut down but I highly doubt it."

"Came to this location after leaving the location of the road due to an extremely bad experience. The customer service at this location was phenomenal to say the least. There is a name on the receipt named Mikeil I'm not sure if this is the individual who took my order but if so I just want to say he was extremely kind I was the rest of the employees."

"It's honestly laughable how rude the woman was yesterday. I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru before saying hello to be answered, or excuse me.. yelled at "WHATCHU WANT, UGH" I said a dozen donuts and she sneered and said they "don't do no donuts". I couldn't help but laugh cause.. it's a Dunkin donuts. The only person in the drive thru is me and she yelled if I was gonna order today... I just was so baffled. How can someone be so disturbingly rude? It's absurd and truly is embarrassing. I can't believe a grown woman could act like this and have no class lol!"

"The service here always sucks, they often will tell me they're not making food, and the drinks are always messed up. If I wanted to lay $5.00 for sugar milk I would, I always order a caramel iced latte and Everytime there isn't a hint of coffee or espresso in it, it's only milk and caramel and it is so disgusting."

"i waited 50 minutes for my food to get it completely wrong, with chunks in my hot chocolate. the workers were extremely rude, and nothing was being done. all the donuts i got were not correct. all the drinks were cold, and they shorted us on the hash browns. terrible experience."
