"The Clerk at window ,I could not understand ,she was very sort in words and I felt rushed. Not curious. She needs customer service training. And my drink was suppose to come with whipped cream and another clerk male ask if I wanted it and I said yes just like the picture. That all acted lazy and like they didn't care. "Disgusted. Wow, found a FLY in my lukewarm coffee. Yes, first problem with my hot coffee is that it was lukewarm. After drinking a little bit of it, I decided I would add ice to make it into an iced coffee since it was already lukewarm. Well, when I opened the lid, I noticed something floating in my cup. Take a look at the photos - I found a fly floating in my coffee. Needless to say, I’m never going back to this location ever again. From now on, it seems I need to check inside my coffee cup before drinking anything. Disgusting!"

"Pretty disappointed in this location. Food was cold AND burnt, don't know how they managed that one. They got my donuts wrong and when it was attempted to be corrected it was still wrong. I also ordered the neat little spider ones for the kids and I've had them from other locations, no they were perfect but this was just lazy. Or they've never seen what a spider looks like?"
