"We got doughnut from this location few times. It used to made pretty good doughnut .But seem lately the doughnut smaller smaller each time. They need to keep eye on tho quality control. Otherwise I don't think we will go back again!"

"Stopped because hot light sign was on. No donuts were being made nor did it look like it had just stopped. Got glazed donuts anyways and they were old and not fresh at all. We go to krispy kreme frequently so I know what a fresh donut tastes like. These were not soft inside at all. They took an old donut and put fresh icing to make it look like it was just made. Also, floors very sticky and dirty. Do not recommend this location at all."

"This is the worst location. They mess up the order every single time. I ordered hot signature pumpkin spice latte and received lukewarm coffee with more milk than needed. Coffee is cold and tastes like milk NO WHIP CREAM. My son asked for strawberry glazed donut and received a mini version of it (a size of a toddlers palm!) I paid $1.99 for that mini donut. We will not be back anymore"

"I'd give you 5 stars but hot coffee is supposed to be hot not cold and old... The young gentleman at the window was anything but a gentleman. Not sure if he needs a raise or a new job ?"

"I'll say this - Krispy Kreme generally makes a great product, has reasonable deals and this location normally would have been rated one of the best in the bay. However, my husband was craving some Krispy Kreme and originally I looked to have them delivered, but online ordering didn't allow for individual picking in an assorted box of a dozen. So, we went in-store to pick up some treats for a much needed cheat day. When we got there, they had 6 varieties of donuts to sell. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice about it and I have to say the staff there have always been really personable. That said, it burned me up. We live in an age of information where they could have updated this fact anywhere. Apparently, a couple machines had been down for almost 2 weeks now making them only able to squeeze out these few options - and they weren't the options we were looking for. The fact that they couldn't be bothered to put an update on their Google Maps business listing, their social media, website or ANYWHERE is UNACCEPTABLE. I wasted my time, gas and I didn't get to surprise my hubby in the process. I'm realistic in understanding things happen, but you don't allow your customers to continue to blindly drop by only to be hit one after the other with the bad news and disappointment. It's not even like there is an alternative in the area because the next Krispy Kreme is in Tampa over the bridge. We had to take our business elsewhere and honestly, after the lack of communication on their part, it's going to be a long time before I bother to pay them a visit again in the future."
