"Food was ok. Restaurant is falling apart and absolutely filthy. Seriously, if I owned the place I’d be firing someone. No paper towels in the bathroom and the door knob had toilet paper with poop on it stuck to it. Just gross. Eat here at your own risk - you might get sick."

I am really sorry, I don't like giving just 1 star, but the service is HORRIBLE, and they are always out of something! There was one kid, that gave his best, always smiling and trying/doing. "Came here for some after work donuts only to find out 95% of the donuts sold out by 10:30am, per the store. I didn’t receive a receipt so I’m unable to display a name. I waited at the register for about 1.5 minutes before noticed. While ordering the cashier was busy listening to talking to other crew members and my order was incorrect. I ordered 8 glazed minis and 2 chocolate but received 8 chocolate and 2 glazed. So, I had to go back in and have the ordered corrected. We were able to squeeze 10 mini donuts from this location but they’re absolutely not what we intended to purchase. How does a donut shop sellout and not have a backup plan? That’s a lot of loss revenue gross. Anyways, this location has certainly Ben going downhill, sorry to say. At least the new crew seems professional whereas the last crew was a circus. Again, sorry to say this but it’s the honest truth, nothing personal. Unfortunately there isn’t another Dunkin Donut close by so this is the location your stuck with. I really hope the owners see this message and understands here I’m coming from. 1. Leaky stain ceilings (been like this since 2019). 2. I do like the new seating section. 3. Staff needs to be a little more cognizant of people waiting at the counter (no big deal just pointing out)."
