"Ordered online to get a free extra coffee. The app is misleading & a little confusing. I was cool until the lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me that it states "VERY CLEARLY" in the app.... ". I got a little heated over that because for one, I felt she implied that maybe I was uneducated and secondly, NO MA'AM, you have to read a whole paragraph to understand & reread again!!!! You think it's a buy one get one, but it's really a buy two get one. VERY MISLEADING!"

"I changed to this location, they HAD a wonderful morning crew, made my drink perfect. Next thing I know brand new staff and all of the sudden they did not have frozen coffee ingredients almost a week. (Strike 1) Went today to get a frozen coffee with Carmel, shot of expresso and whip cream…does this look correct? Crew was nice but need drink training. (Strike 2) ((this is what it looked like when I got home)) First one was made wrong and second one was too. DD has gone down hill. One more bad visit at any location I’m done with you!"
