"Horrible experience this evening with Abagail. She provided inaccurate information, overcharged me and then acted rude when I requested a refund. She never apologized for being wrong and needs extensive customer service training! I will think twice before returning which will make my husband happy since I spend so much at this location. I just can’t stand poor customer service. A simple apology would’ve went a long way!"

"There were 10 employees behind the counter, 4 of whom were busy with orders, while the other 6 had congregated and were having a light conversation. I had ordered a tea and waited 8 minutes to get it. This store wasn't that busy. I have been in Starbucks where there are only 3 people working and had my tea in less than 5. If the 6 who were conversing were not officially working they needed to get out of the way and take the conversation to the back of the store. Not a good look for your store."

"I ordered ahead on the app to ease the amount of time I would spend in line. I did have to wait once I got there but the line moved pretty swiftly. The staff member was polite, professional and enthusiastic. I was thanked as my order was handed to me. It was a very positive experience."
