"Me and my dad were just here on Thursday Jan 4th 2024 at 9:45 am. The older lady who took our order was awfully rude and talking to other people on the headset. We were telling her our order and she kept getting it wrong not listening to us. She told us she’s the server and we’re the customers but failed to serve us. When we got to the window they gave my dad his coffee which was not what we asked for and first made me a hot green tea when I asked for a sweetened iced green tea which when I got it was not sweetened. We had also gotten a breakfast sandwich was was cold. I don’t recommend this place. Go to any other Dunkin’ Donuts just don’t go here everything sucked."

"Me and my friends 2nd time there And very pleased with the service and the food and drinks! I can't remember what the young lady's name was the first time but Ms. Linda was sweet as sugar!!!! She was very helpful and friendly just all around great atmosphere! Her co worker helped us as well didn't get his name but he was cool! Only thing I can say is if you going inside get a good jacket cause it really cold in there!!! Thanks so much for being great with your job and your customer service skills because I've been in customer service for over 15 years and I know how it can be! Great job!!!! ***** Went in again today and the same great service!!! Love you guy's and your wonderful service!!!! True meaning of great customer service!!!! They make me feel like family!!! "Stopped here on my way to work last night the coffee was delicious but let me tell you about this bagel with cream cheese….. first of all little to no selection of bagels. Then there was barely any cream cheese on it and on top of that the bagel was hard and tough to eat my jaw is tired from chewing I couldn’t even finish it. Waste of money."

"The customer area was clean. The countertop work area was sloppy and unkept and looked unclean They were out of condiments and could care less, salt & pepper. Not friendly service, either. I won't be going back again."
