Despite my son and me battling the flu, Melissa's unwavering support and patience helped me navigate decisions seamlessly. Turning a coffee haven into a party paradise, Melissa curated a spectacular custom menu featuring tasty delights like shrimp, tripletail, pulled pork, coconut rice, mashed sweet potatoes, and other fresh sides. Melissa's almost 24/7 availability, prompt responses, and insightful suggestions tailored to my family dynamics made planning a joy. People traveled from out of state and even out of the country, and Melissa ensured everything ran smoothly. A standout moment was when Melissa, amidst the chaos of the surprise reveal, personally ensured my mother felt like a VIP, welcoming her with her favorite tropical drink, Piña Coladas. Her attention to detail shone as the staff seamlessly transitioned from the big reveal to making everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. The personalized touch extended beyond the menu to the entire experience. Her DJ recommendation, Nate, stole the show. The coffee shop transformed into a dance floor pulsing with our favorite tunes, thanks to Nate's impeccable choices. Compliments poured in for the DJ, delectable food, fantastic venue, and impeccable service. The staff's genuine enjoyment as they celebrated with us made the experience even more memorable. Gilligan's Island Bar exudes laid-back charm, perfectly complementing the celebratory atmosphere. The indoor and outdoor patio setting and cozy ambiance added an extra layer of magic, creating an environment where everyone felt connected and joyous. In essence, Mojo Risin', under Melissa's expert guidance, provided the perfect setting for a memorable celebration. "Good coffee and locally made empanadas. New front patio totally rebuilt after the recent hurricane. Grass thatched roof makes outside dining shady and breezy. Very nice cafe."

"Came after eating at Gilligan’s. Almost walked past, glad I didn’t. I order double espressos and black coffee usually in every city I am in. I was not disappointed. The espresso was bold with a nice rich flavor. The coffee was a nice dark roast. I did not think it was pricey as I believe my tab was around 6$ for my drinks- espresso and black coffee. The space has a nice ambiance and the staff wasn’t that friendly. Good coffee at a good price."

"We popped into this little coffee spot and came back several times because we enjoyed it so much. Very eclectic decor and a cozy atmosphere with a quiet seating area out back. I love anything sweet so ordered their cafe latte with a shot of caramel. Delicious!"
