"Really disappointed with the service at this location. The older guy who works mornings is a bit rude and condescending on the regular. I've been a rewards member since 2008 and I frequently use mobile ordering. Today I ordered a berry parfait yogurt and when I picked up my order he handed me a blueberry scone. I politely handed it back and said it wasn't my order. He said the ticket said I was getting a scone. I showed him my app and the bag was for the yogurt, he said very rudely "keep reading the bag". The bag said sorry were out, with a card attached to it. The better option would be to refund me the cost of the yogurt or ask me what I might want as a substitute instead of giving me a random dry scone. I'm not one to complain but Starbucks can do way better, especiallyfor what they charge, I will no longer be visiting this location."
