"The staff is very helpful and friendly at this location. But I find it disappointing that Tropical Smoothie Cafe "hides" that added sugar is added to almost every smoothie (except the green detox). For each smoothie on their menu board, they list out what fruit / ingredients are in it but conveniently leave out the added sugar. You have to read small print at the bottom of the menu to learn this. Super misleading. And also, why would a fruit smoothie need added sugar?! If Tropical Smoothie doesn't want to be a "healthy" smoothie cafe, then don't market as one and be transparent about the added sugar. Also, the peanut butter in the smoothies contains hydrogenated oils, salt, and sugar."
"Great quick and healthy meal. The staff was efficient and friendly. When my son wants fast food, this is a great healthy alternative. He likes the banana and peanut butter flatbread."
"This is my go-to place when I want to eat lite and also healthy, there are plenty of lite options here and also fast friendly service and a great environment!"
"Only two employees working while one is literally sleeping face down in the lobby. Taking super long to get my food and I've seen them mess up 3 people's orders while I'm waiting. The lady making the food was coughing while making the food with no mask and the lady making the smoothies was on her phone while making the smoothies (not hygienic). She also watered down my smoothie, I literally watched her add water to my smoothie and it tastes watered down. Management needs to step in at this location"
"First time coming into this location instead of going to my normal one. Not a great experience. They unfortunately only had two people working. Location was very busy. I get all the way home and think to myself, this crunch wrap feels pretty thin. I open it up and there seems to be no peanut butter on there. Upon closer inspection I actually see there is a smudge of peanut butter on the corner. Not really sure how anyone would think this is acceptable but I definitely will not be going back. Pretty unfortunate since this location is a bit closer than the normal one that I go to but this is unacceptable and a waste of my monet"
