"The store is clean. The food was terrible. $12 breakfast with Overcooked rubbery eggs and little to no coffee in a iced latte. So I paid for a sandwich I won't eat and a large cup of iced milk. Starbucks & Arbys here I come."

"I always order medium decaf with French vanilla because I can not have caffeine coffee. Today 12/21/23 I believe I was given caffeine coffee instead of decaf. I said that because I got sick on my stomach, nauseous and dizzy is what caffeine coffee do to my body which takes days to get over and I’m not happy about this at all. I tried calling the store no answer. Employees please don’t give caffeine to those that’s can’t have caffeine."

"Yall need to stop stressing the employees out for real for real. Seriously. Treat them with respect, even if theyre having a bad day. Took my daughter for donuts and they did everything they could to make it memorable. I appreciate them."

"This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts Ever! You literally will sit there 10 minutes just to place your order and sit another 10 minutes to receive your order. Whether they are busy or not. I live within walking distance from this location and I will drive somewhere else just to save a little time (not gas) especially if I’m on a time limit. The only saving grace is that the staff is always friendly. No matter when I go they are always nice and that makes me go back from time to time. Also please cook your hash browns a minute or 2 more. If they are not cold and hard they are hot and undone. Everything else is good."

"Best Dunkin I've even been to! I've visited this particular location on several occasions because after my first stop I could tell how well crafted the signature coffee was and how attentive the crew was inside so I knew this was a gem. My previous experience with Dunkin stores was "I need a coffee, it's convenient, it's on the go, and it tastes alright" (plus I'm loyal to the brand). But now after visiting this location, I can taste the actual coffee flavors that I'm ordering from start to finish in my drink. Even though i don't "need" a large, I'll order a large regardless because the quality dictates that, and you gotta treat yo' self from time to time. I live nowhere near this location and I will go 20 minutes out of my way to come here. And if I'm driving around the area during my work day, I will make sure it is on my route. Thank you for always putting the care and attention into your work. It definitely shows and is truly appreciated!"
