Starbucks

"Ordered a basic hot black tea. Literally hot water and a tea bag. Waited and waited and waited. Was completely calm and kind and asked the barista- “hey do you mind checking on my hot tea?” I was met with hostility and it wasn’t even busy and I waited to ask her when things were slow. I was confused because everyone behind me had been served. Her response “I’m making the drinks.” I agreed with her and apologized and told her I’d wait. Waited another 10 min as others behind me got served. Asked again, hesitantly, since she had been rude before and she said “what? I don’t even make that drink!” Apparently the cashier was supposed to make it, which he didn’t know and he apologized. My issue was not with someone who made a mistake, it was the girl who didn’t want to listen or hear me and cut me off to say she was working on the drinks. All she had to do was take a moment. I hate that “busyness” and how she had no care about me as a customer. Even the people behind me were like, “yeah she’s been waiting awhile….” People shouldn’t work in customer service if they don’t understand how to service a customer."

"Inconsistent on using the same amount of ingredients each time. Sometimes I get a watered down chai tea latte and other times it's just right. The price point of Starbucks is supposed to ensure consistency but I feel like this location is about as consistent as a Dunkin' Donuts"

"We received fast, friendly service and our favorite Starbucks drinks were prepared exactly as requested. The location is convenient and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Parking was easy."

"I didn't realize my debit card didn't have enough money to cover my coffee and the cashier said it was on the house. So I decided I would give a really good review for the cashier but I didn't catch her name. She was really pretty, in her early 20's. She has great customer service skills. Starbucks, if you see this review, I ask that you give this girl a raise. I honestly feel like when an establishment has an employee who has outstanding customer service skills in a business that deals with a lot of the public, should be rewarded and praised for being really good with people. Anyways, if the cashier that I'm talking about sees this, thank you for being so kind."
